Refund Policy for Data Services

This policy outlines the terms for refunds regarding our data subscriptions, API access, and one-time data reports. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. General Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only issued for technical service failures that prevent data delivery.
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase or billing date.
  • All data services are considered “consumed” once the data is downloaded or accessed via API.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • No refunds are provided for “change of mind” or if the data does not meet subjective expectations.
  • One-time data exports and custom-generated reports are strictly non-refundable.
  • Accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service are ineligible for refunds.
  • Unused credits or API calls at the end of a billing cycle do not roll over or qualify for a refund.

3. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period.
  • Access to the data service will continue until the end of your paid timeframe.

4. Service Outages & Errors

  • A prorated credit or refund may be issued if our service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours.
  • Errors in specific data points do not qualify for a full refund but may be eligible for a partial service credit.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Email our support team at admin@analystmonk.com with your Order ID and “Refund Request” in the subject line.
  • Include a brief description of the technical issue or reason for the request.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
